This was a relatively simple modernization of an antiquated design. We eliminated the "intro" page and many animated elements, inconsistent formatting, and created a sleek new look. We also converted the site to be formatted with CSS, and incorporated include files to simplify the management of common headers, menus, and footers. Document weights were reduced by 75% and proper use of headings and other elements should improve search engine performance over time.
